My areas of expertise include Leadership Development, Communciation Skills, Virtual Facilitation, Training of Trainers, Performance Feedback Management, Team Dynamics, Organizational Development, and Curriculum Design.

In addition to my ICF (ACC level) coaching certificate, I have a graduate certificate in Training and Development and earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business. My professional certifications include Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Coach, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTi), Facilitative Leadership (Interaction Associates), DISC, Blanchard’s Situational Leadership, and Franklin Covey’s Six Critical Practices of Leadership.
